Device Setup #289

Is it possible to setup a new device with this library?

So if I have a brand new Yeelight I would like to be able to tell it which SSID to connect to and to enable local access without requiring a Xiaomi Mi account or having to install the companion app to complete the initial setup process.

Is this supported, and if not, are you aware if this is possible to implement?

Any answer for that? I know it can be done for setting up a xiaomi.repeater.v2 like so:

miio configure <IP> --ssid <SSID> --passwd <PWD>

which outputs:

INFO  Attempting to configure 10.10.10.1
Updated wireless configuration

But haven't figured out to do it for philips.light.bulb to provide my router SSID and PWD settings
