Summary

This PR is to populate the About page with useful content, generated by Nikki Batinick. This PR closes #12.

If accepted, this PR will:

Populate the About page with information about our Wedding and Rehearsal Dinner
Create an external link component for use in all pages
Fix the overflow property on the ContentCard component so that it overflows nicely and has no ugly scrollbars

How to Test

yarn && yarn start
Visit http://localhost:3000/#/about
The page should be populated with all of the information about our wedding and rehearsal dinner
