Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I need to be able to fetch guest information from the database using the RSVP Page.

Describe the solution you'd like

Form exists on the RSVP page
When given a valid name, that guest's information appears on the screen

Additional context Blocked by #35.

I have gotten the search functionality working properly, but I still need to style it nicely and add the rest of the form to the page.
