Some Indication When a Page is Scrollable #30

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes I can't tell when a page has enough information to require scrolling, so I'm scared my users will miss some of my content.

Describe the solution you'd like Some indication that there is more scrolling that can be done, as long as you are above the bottom of the content. Maybe a small arrow pointing down, or even an unobtrusive scrollbar?

I am participating in Hacktober Fest and came across your repo in IssueHub.io. You said in the ReadMe that you will not be accepting contributions but I just figured I'd ask if you would accept pull requests on the feature requests for page transitions and indications that the page is scrollable?

Hi @laurachristensen1214! I'm excited that you saw my project and found it interesting enough to want to write some code for it! If you don't mind me asking, what is the goal of Hacktober Fest and what are you hoping to get out of writing these pull requests?

I can't guarantee that I'll accept/merge the pull requests simply because this project is meant to be a portfolio of my own skills for employers, but I'd love to see what you have in mind and how you go about solving these problems. I'd also be happy to review them regardless. :)
