README installation instruction for fedora missing libXi-devel #1020

Hi,

I've currently tried to build sioyek on my fedora machine (Fedora Linux 38) and discovered that the libXi-devel is missing from sudo dnf install instructions.

Due to this fact everytime sometimes compile the program will get:

fatal error: X11/extensions/XInput.h: No such file or directory"

So would be nice to be added to README? Can also do a pull request ... but sounds like a small modification.
