[request] zoom where the mouse is #1117

thanks for this repo, I use ctrl + scrollwheel to zoom I whish it would zoom where my mouse currently is (maybe I placed it on an interresting small figure) and not zoom toward center of the page

We do have a wheel_zoom_on_cursor config option.
