[Bug] Cannot exit the search box using Esc. #1162

When I type "<S-o> <C-o> <esc> <esc>", the reader does not return to the homepage. I have to select a file from the 'Recent Files' list for it to return.

Update: I am using Windows 11 and Sioyek v2.0.0.

Can you reproduce this issue on the development branch?
