Add family groups #2

Each person should be able to join multiple family groups (or start one or more) for scoped family coordination and privacy.

e.g. immediate, extended, parents-only, etc.

By default, creator of group has permissions to invite and kick others. Can also give permissions or hand off 'owner' permissions to another member.

Ability to delete groups? Archive?
