Are we proceeding to use Travis CI or use building a CI/CD pipeline using, Docker and Jenkins?

We need to set up the project first on circle, if you can do without it. That would be great. Otherwise we need 1-2 days to setup this project on circle

@sushantahujaa , please assign this issue to me, if it is still open, and let me know what is expected in pipeline. I prefer Jenkins over other CI tools, as it is completely open source and there are so many advantages of Jenkins. If there is specific need to use any other tool, I will design pipeline using that tool also.

@Sagar2366 You can start working on it. If you are pretty much sure about Jenkins. If not, let's stick to circle ci
