@bhralzz @dardaa I am sorry to reply to you so late. Since the 81 prostate MR volumes acquired by a Philips 3T MR scanner with endorectal coil belong to private. Without the authorization of relevant institutions, I have no authority to make it public. If you meets any question when run the code, you can send the error to me, I can help you to modify it. All right, it's privacy, but me i am new in this field and i don't know much about cancer segmentation just i want to run your repository and obtain a segmented images using the public datasets, promise12 and ISBI 2013 challenge. please can you help me to do that. I appreciate your help.

Hi dardaa, Once you've finished training, fixing the weights of model. And in the stage of inference, using the SNet-t to segment the image. The segmentation results produced by trained Snet-t, not the whole network. Thanks! Qikui
