Milling simulation of bone shaped object

• [x] figure out how to import a mesh into vrep
• [x] find an actual bone mesh somewhere
• [x] get it in the right format and import it
• [ ] make sure bone is represented as a solid object so "milling" procedure will do the correct thing.
  • we have determined this is not possible, so we will have to make due without this feature.
• [x] work with @ShahriarSefati to cut the bone in simulation. Depends on #8 to be completed.

Acceptance test:

• [x] V-rep simulation file that demonstrates the above steps as complete.

Response from V-REP forum on trying to mill through a solid mesh:

Hello,

V-REP doesn't work with the idea of solid meshes. So you can only mill through surfaces, not volumes.
