Encoding of *.asf file #206

I don't know if this topic fits here but I'm stuck with a file with an extension .asf. An example can be found here: http://www.ftirsearch.com/Demo/demo_data.asp. With the free version of https://www.essentialftir.com/index.html, I can convert it manually with the eftir tool but I want to make a script to convert a lot of .asf files to .csv files. Is there anybody who can help me with the encoding of this .asf file format? Thanks in advance

Sorry, but I don't think python-magic can help with that conversion.
