Adding snappy parquet to test #207

I thought for a moment that snappy parquet wasn't supported by this library somehow even though its supported by libmagic, until I built this test and found I was doing something else wrong. Thought i'd push up the test anyway so no one else doesn't do the same.

What were you doing wrong? Just curious if there's a usability issue.

It was unrelated to magic itself
