Added kohana-project - A composer project generator #199

This adds the prject generator to the kohana-modules site

Since this isn't a module, I'd prefer to keep it out of the module index. Perhaps this can be linked from a kohana-modules.com static page? I'd be open to a pull request on https://github.com/ahutchings/kohana-modules.com adding this to a new page (or existing page if there's a good location for it).
