Does not work with Vue Templating #14

I love this extension and use it all the time, however, it's not working in Vue. I suspect it has to do with it being inside of the <template></template> tag, it's not recognizing that as valid HTML.

It's not just Vue templates... it's pretty much any templating system that wraps HTML in an unusual tag, such as (used by several JS frameworks).

A fix would be great!
