As a user I can ask the AI a question about the dataset and can get an appropriate answer back back, or better suggestion

Acceptance criteria:

The model can respond to different sorts of questions or statements
The model doesn't hallucinate or has few hallucinations

Tasks:

[ ] Fine tune the model with training prompts
[ ] Test the bot's responses based on different questions
