Using Strong public trust in AI as a force for societal good, in this case, Housing and Rebuilding derelict Housing addressed a National Level Crisis for Ireland
The use of trustworthy AI in a public good or from a public serviced delivery perspectives, with a view to support increased understand by delivering useful tools that yields trustworthy results will improve the inclusion of those excluded from the property market by constrained housing supply scenarios.
This could be a transformative approach to tackling the societal and economic challenges, i..e the housing crisis, by recycling derelict or vacant housing stock in to the market.

Apply to the Government where applications/grants exist for assistance with planning and capacity

Making use of primary, secondary level sources from trustworthy, compliant and well analysed data providers, as well as working in coordination with public services, local government authorities etc, to secure that the data is in the national interests, secure and ethically well sourced.
ReBuild Ireland may consider tender processing in the procurement and or development of ethical and trustworthy AI applications, either by external development contracts or reselling white label products to the Government.
