[x] Project Approach: 🅱️: To BUILD an AI / LLM App using 🔹{Vertex and AutoML} for a low code, low time availability, lower complexity, low experience skill set of developers as a team, delivery of a showcasing the team's newly acquired AI skills by a building potentially useful housing solution, that interfaces or applied, or processes users queries using Google Artificial Intelligence tooling on Google Cloud.
In the case of: ReBuild Ireland for vacant or derlicit properties in Ireland
we choose for|to: Build an AI App (see above)
because we saw: that the general public has a significant pain

this resonated with us*: as we all agreed, and are familar with the National crisis
in Housing in Ireland
By discovering: from the media (see sources), from personal experiences, as well as
the availability of dedicated and high quality, legitimate public registries
of data on derlicit and vacant houses.
That we had, by quick research and initial gathering fo data, an
sufficiently important problem to solve.

Answer: Using a team account (organisational) and all contributors acknowledged, with direct full administrative and equal rights and permissions to push, pull code and change settings.

Answer: Using a team shared Google Workspace (individual) to manage and grant full access.
Answer: Using a GitHub Issues for Users Stories and Project to Product documentation.
Answer: Using 2 GitHub Repositories, public, to share material like data, and other artefacts.
