Moving the Database Wiki content into the Github.

Corrected Database Training mistake

Closed the PR after talking with Ibrahim. I will let him finish his folder structure, then rebase myself and incorporate my files, then remake the PR so we can all avoid conflict as much as possible.

This will also allow me to discuss with Ricky about the markdown Link issues
