Write unittest for all the functions in app.py.

Tasks:

[x] Tests for create_form.
[x] Tests for update_form.
[x] Tests for discard_form.
[x] Tests for get_form.
[x] Tests for analyze_document.

Acceptance Criteria:

Test coverage above 80%
All the tests should pass.
Handle all error types.
