This GitHub workflow should be able to:

[ ] Create a VM in Terraform
[ ] Add the VM's IP to the targeted machine
[ ] Apply the playbook on the new VM

For the record, I personally think that in-between Github Codespaces and AML compute (both working with local client-side Visual Studio Code) we're covered on the development-side with a solution that is cheap, complete and simpler.

I would have preferred we spend time working out local tools replacement (such as CloudBeaver instead of DbBeaver in issue #81) instead of taking on the complexity of configuring and maintaining workstation-in-the-cloud environment.

Removing this from the iteration 7. Cleary this issue is bigger than we think. We might need to create an epic.
