Description

Currently the README mentions the use of virtual envs which are no longer necessary when using a devcontainer.

You can keep virtualenv documentation, just clarify that it is not needed in DevContainers by creating two sections.

Don't forget that external developers don't necessarily use DevContainers as we do.
