Reference issue:

Proposing a first update for CODEOWNERS to integrate the nachet team for review.

This can be done with a script already implemented. If this is important you can add the issue to our next iteration and Ill execute the script to integrate the project teams with relevant repos. Also can you please update issue with list of new project teams and expected behaviour

Fetch the list of teams from https://github.com/orgs/ai-cfia/teams/all/teams

if the repository name contains any of these team name add the matching team to the CODEOWNERS repo.

Updated the issue to list the teams and the repo they are responsible for.
