First, you need to check the CUDA version:

nvcc --version

Then install the correct version of mxnet with source 1 or source 2. In addition, as written in your log, you may use possible solutions from https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/8559, such as adding --use-pep517 flag to your pip install command
