Allow Genie to read local files or perhaps files accessible to the workspace #77

Describe the feature

I used a preceding ChatGPT extension that I worked into my workflow and it had the ability to take a path in the workspace and review the file. This prevented needing to copy and paste the content into the chat window.

This feature was super handy for me, because I use vscode as my note taking solution and am not a developer.

Can you please consider adding the ability to read a file within the workspace for analysis, summary, or other Genie operations?
