Build the lace2 data set

• sort the Phisttank by source
• delete "others"
• select sources with at least "N" examples
• using the oracle defined above, find 50 examples of web pages at each site that are phished=false
• run LACE2 round robin on that

the correct size for "N" will give us "M" sites, each with dozens of phished, no-phished examples.

• looks like to get M=12; set N=30
