now isnt operators analagous to learner selection and parameter tuning? can't you unify the headings?

more generally, later in the paper you talk about problem domain problem challenge strategy in your back sections. if those are the terms that drive your examples at back, should not they be the terminology used in the front section in 3.1, 3.2?
