flip sections 4 and 5? #34

just as a "what if", i did the following in my head:

  1. moved section 5 (practical guidelines) before section 4 and renamed it "HOW? (Practical Guidelines)"
  2. Inside that section, I renamed "Debugging" to "Case studies" and moved it to the end of the section.

this seemed to flow better into the subsequent section (that discusses the resources).

should we do that?
