Before weeks of hacking,

• a few days of writing

Generate the first 3-4 pages of a ieee conference doc (2 column 10pt sig-alternate.cls). If you don't know how to use Latex,

• Go to Sharelatex.com and look for the big blue "compile button".
• Sharelatex has sig.alternate as one of its tempaltes

Must include at least the following:

• Intro
• Background
• Methods
