Getting selenium exception #3

Hi, when calling python app.py i got this error : 

selenium.common.exceptions.WebDriverException: Message: unknown error: cannot find Chrome binary

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

yes, i did. also i did pip uninstall -r requirements.txt -y
