Readme restructuring #1

Closed Croydon-Brixton closed 3 years ago

This merge contains the following updates:

  1. Our overleaf report repository was added as a git submodule in the report directory. You should have all received an invitation to the overleaf repo on your @cam.ac.uk email account.
  2. Updated readme that includes instructions on how to
    • get started with the project on your local machine
    • work with the github submodule
  3. Added a directory for referencer and moved @sdat2 meeting notes there.

@sdat2 : Should we move such references (meetings, literature, dataset links) to the wiki instead of the project repo?

sounds great :) Yep, happy to use the wiki. That will probably lead to less noise in the GitHub commits.
