It looks good but I think it would be convenient to display a message when this occurs to prevent unintentional errors from going unnoticed. It might even be better for the variable that controls this to be defined in all.yml rather than whether the file exists or not, so that not including certificates cannot be unintentional (eg. typoo in the file name).
