Update 3.18 DatDefinitions #36

Fixes #35 so that every file definition is properly sized and can be viewed. YMMV on the field names accurately representing the data shown (e.g. WorldAreaLeagueChances). Apologies for not preserving/annotating add/removes from previous patches.

The following files/fields have red boxes on values that are accessed indirectly:

DelveFeatures.MinTier
SkillMorphDisplay.DDSFile
SkillMorphDisplay.Unknown3

the red boxes issue was fixed in v0.14.0 https://github.com/aianlinb/LibGGPK2/commit/c1605252090881cae381e4842c41cc840a1f6198
