error in v0.16.1 and v0.16.0 #51

already ran PackCheck.exe and opened the game to let it download fixed files

in v0.16.1 when selecting .GGPK file, 1

in v0.16.0 it works well when selecting but cannot replace files 2

seems install Visual C++ Redistributable could fix the oo2core_9_win64.dll problem
