Fix king gen enter #167

Pressing enter in Kingdom Generator is fixed.

use proper form submission rather than button click trigger
does not send user back to home screen
logs the error correctly

Messed around with jQuery, but couldn't get it working. Switched back to Vanilla JS, and once I had that working in Chrome I realized my Kingdom Generator option in my Firefox user settings was switched off.

Looking at each commit individually might be confusing; there are a couple merges with master just to catch up, and some code was added then removed.

Net changes are pretty small, so just test it and look at "Files Changed."
