현재 giganto_config는 설정값 중 일부만을 리턴하고 있습니다. 그러나 이제 설정값 전체가 리턴되어야 합니다. https://github.com/aicers/giganto/issues/779 이슈 이후 Settings에서 제거될 cert, key, root 등은 설정값에 해당하지 않습니다. Settings::cfg_path 또한 리턴되어야 하는 설정값에 해당하지 않습니다.
