Shadows are too strong / overwhelming in light mode #16

While the strong shadows are needed in the dark style (so that you can actually see them on top of the dark gray background), they are too thick in light mode, as they create this very strong border-like line below each card, which adds up to a lot of visual clutter when you look at dozens of cards piled on top of each other.

My suggestions specifically for light mode would be:

Regarding the border, I get that the border is quite strong in the light mode and could be reduced. For centering the shadow, I was going for a material design look like the elevated card at material.io, I quite like it, my fear would be that having a border on all sides would take away from the post-it like look.

Do you mean using a darker background in the light mode? Interesting...

I will play around a little bit when I get time for it. There are other design related things I would like to clean up (the the mouse cursor shapes, they are just wrong in so many places...).
