updated the dependencies to their latest versions #6

As no one has touched this repo for a long time. I decided to upgrade it, as this seems to be one of the simplest and efficient way of using Brottli throughout various projects.

Can we also the minumum nodejs version to 4x, as 0x versions are no longer being maintained?

Thank you so much for submitting this. Shrink-ray has been on my back burner for a while, but I'm gonna put in some maintenance hours this week and expect to add this!

This is a really cool project, and much better than the express/compress middleware, that everyone seems to be using. I have been using this in production, and our sites are seeing increasing benefits in SEO continuously due to load speeds. I forgot to do a version bump in my PR. It would be nice to see that, if you can do it on the weekend. Then all users can benefit from it using npm.
