New patch release #16

Hey, Kebechet!

Create a new patch release, please.

@tumido sorry for the delay in response. the kebechet is failing to respond to this request because the version that has to be release with a patch release request is 1.0.0 -> 1.0.1 based on https://github.com/aicoe-aiops/categorical-encoding/blob/60f81304417d2b4ea4f2db3b82ffd19959778be4/setup.py#L3

however, there is already an existing release with same version https://github.com/aicoe-aiops/categorical-encoding/tree/v1.0.1

if you would like the bot to help, it can help you with a minor release i.e 1.1.0 or you can update the version in here https://github.com/aicoe-aiops/categorical-encoding/blob/60f81304417d2b4ea4f2db3b82ffd19959778be4/setup.py#L3 , to 1.0.1 , so that kebechet can help you with patch release.

Ahh! That's the problem! :slightly_smiling_face: Sure, we can release a minor instead of a patch. :+1: That was really tangled and it really didn't occur to me to check that version there. Lovely. Thank you very much for finding that! It must had been very confusing for you as well. :+1: Can we make kebechet respond to the the issue in case it's not able to release? I'll file an issue for it.

@tumido , thanks for opening up the issue, however, can you please close that one and open the same in this repo: https://github.com/thoth-station/kebechet as I can't transfer the issue, due to different organizations.
