Rename Project #80

I can't help myself, and maybe that's just a language barrier on my side, but Proctor reminds me too much of Proctology. I'm not sure what kind of analysis you want to do, though.

@goern is there an alternate spelling you'd prefer?

@tumido :smile: alright "proctor" is out.

Any alternative suggestions? This is still very much open for discussion and I'd welcome any other ideas.
