Please add pattern support for DBT integration #57

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. @caldeirav has added integration with DBT to support the ingestion of metadata alongside the ingestion of data. See https://github.com/os-climate/wri-gppd-ingestion-pipeline

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great to back-port these changes into this project template, and especially great to do so in a way that projects forked from this template could easily adopt the new dbt directory (and ancillary other bits and pieces).
