As a user on operate first, I would like to read the overview of how time series data analysis can be used for effective monitoring.

The idea here is that this post would be the landing page for time series category on operate first.

Current picture in my head goes like this:

Introduction (This page) -> Hello world Prometheus metrics fetch -> Visualization -> Basics statistics -> Advanced Visualizations -> Advanced Statistics
