Description
From Calysta in Slack: "At the 10X acquisition, we used to set autofoucs to True, meaning the automation software will use Definite Focus to refine the z-step. When we set this to True on the software, the software would ‘crash’ and exit. Not sure what went wrong there…"
Expected Behavior
The software should not crash with set_autofocus set to True
Reproduction
More work is needed to identify at exactly what step set_autofocus=True leads to a terminal error.

Running microscope_automation v0.1.0 through pip installation on ZSD2
