update user guide #100

Context

Since we added support for ome.zarr and point annotation, we need to update the user guide accordingly. In this PR, I updated AnnotatorInstructions.pdf and AnnotatorInstructions.pptx.

Changes

I updated the list of supported file extensions and the types of annotations to include ome.zarr and point annotation, respectively. I also added a new section on point annotation.
