Ensure annotator works with all types of images #33

At the institute we can expect a lot of variety in the images we use. Users have reported annotator is not working with timeseries images.

  1. Try to figure out why users are reporting timeseries images are not working
  2. Test to see if other dimensions are loaded in as we expect, z stacks, multi-channel images, and timeseries.
  3. How can we ensure all image types are loaded in correctly?

This ticket is considered done if I can load all types of images, regarless of how many dims are in the image, into annotator.
