Import shuffled = True file doesn't result in shuffled images #65

Step to create: Import a csv file where the shuffled field is set to True

Error: After importing a shuffled csv file, where the Shuffled field is set to True, the images are not shuffled by default. This is different from the main branch where the Shuffle field dictates whether or not the newly added images are shuffled.
