Hey, I think it would be great if we could also remove reactions. Cheers! This could also be done in the form of replacing them, like in peter-evans/create-or-update-comment

Hey @joshuajeschek, this seems reasonable.

It might take me a few ~~weeks~~ months to get to this, but I'd also accept a PR if someone else gets to it first.
