Adding to listOfOSBCs.md

Hey Guys,

I’m not sure what you think of these additions:

• BioNode - Modular and universal bioinformatics library in NodeJS.
• SequenceServer - An easy to use (open source) BLAST server. Widely used (over 25k downloads even before publication…)
• SciRuby - Tools for Scientific Computing in Ruby. Have quite a few useful tools like StatSample

I’ve added the additions as separate commits so feel free to pick and choose and squash the rest into one…

Thanks for that, @IsmailM! For now, I think we'll go for packing everything we can think of in, and picking/choosing what to exclude later on, so I'll merge all of them now.

Looks like you've lots of experience working with OS software communities - would be great to read any anecdotes/experience you've come across, that could be used to flesh out the content for some of the features we've collected so far, in listOfFeaturesOfGreatOSBCs.md; we're still working out how best to collect this info together, would be great to have more examples to work with!
