Error reporting #10

I discovered a few errors from access logs in CloudFront. It would be quicker to discover and resolve these bugs if they get reported e.g. when the crash screen is displayed:

I added CloudWatch RUM in https://github.com/aidansteele/ima.ge.cx/commit/4c077ee842e9ef96d6e96f8ab6aa2ed8d42f1421 - let's see if that helps
