-> NDVI; Yearly; Extract yearly mean pixels within each cell that have a variance equal to or lower than the maximum observed variance in a forested area. A random sampling of forested areas to calibrate this threshold will be necessary.

-> Slope, Elevation, Temp, Precip, Nighttime Lights, Distance to Roads, Distance to Rivers, Population, Urban Travel Time

Need to get this in the extraction queue by the end of next week (July 24).
